For Employers or Directors of Limited Companies, we can set up and run your payroll (PAYE) ensuring it is issued to yourself in a timely manner and reported correctly and within the HMRC timescales.
We will ensure to:
- Maintain the payroll, calculating correct deductions.
- Meeting the reporting deadlines set by HMRC.
- Reporting in the correct format to HMRC.
- Advising on legal requirements e.g. minimum wage.
We have a designated payroll team, who can help with:
- Producing payslips, which can be emailed directly to employees.
- Advising employers what tax and national insurance to pay over to HMRC.
- RTI reporting as required by HMRC.
- Calculating sick pay and statutory maternity and paternity pay.
- Issuing relevant forms as required, e.g. P45s, P60s.
- Ensuring attachment of earnings are correctly input and processed.
- Advice on compliance with Pension Regulator’s regulations
- Enrol new employees and re-enrol every three years
- Answer questions on auto enrolment pension matters.
- Communicate changes to the scheme to employees.
- We can manage the CIS suffered by the company and calculate CIS deductions to be made from sub-contractors and ensure the correct information is reported to HMRC.
